You can lease a storage unit easily online or by phone, as our facility does not have an on-site office. To rent online, go to "Unit Sizes & Prices" or click on any Rent Now/Reserve Now button, select your desired unit size, and click the "Select This Unit" button. Choose your move-in date, review your charges, and provide your personal information. After payment, you’ll e-sign the rental agreement, which includes your gate code and unit number on the first page. The gate code will be activated on your move-in day, and you'll receive an email with a fully executed rental agreement and move-in ledger. You don’t need to wait for the executed agreement to move in.
You will need to provide your full name, address, mobile phone number, and email address. If you're renting for a business, include your business name as well.
The gate code will be at the top of page one of your rental agreement. Take note of it and of the unit number when e-signing the agreement. You will also receive an email confirmation.
No, our rentals are on a month-to-month basis, so you are not locked into a long-term commitment.
Yes, you must provide a fifteen (15) day notice before the last day of the month you intend to vacate. We do not pro-rate rent for early vacates. Email your notice to brown.chris@proequity.com with your full name, mailing address, phone number, unit address, and move-out date.
- Late Fee: $10 (charged on the 6th if rent is unpaid)
- Certificate of Mailing Fee: $5 (charged on the 22nd if rent is unpaid)
- Lock Removal Fee: $10 (charged after 31 days of unpaid rent)
- Schedule Auction Fee: $50 (charged after 33 days of unpaid rent)
Gate access is available daily from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Yes, you must supply your own lock. We recommend using a disc lock, and only one lock per unit door is permitted.
You cannot store explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishables, or animals. Contact us if you have questions about specific items.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX) online and by phone. Automatic payments can be set up through your credit card. You can also mail or drop off checks or money orders at our on-site payment drop box. Cash payments are not accepted.
